Optisk Illusion

Glad sommar!

Sista uppgiften i årskurs 7 handlar om optisk illusion och 1950 talets konst. Eleverna arbetar med linjer, former och färger genom att skapa kompositioner på temat optisk illusion. Här lär vi oss om olika kompositions principer som symmetri, gyllene snittet men även färgkunskap.

Art day

Our school is celebrating in the month of April the International Art Day, the date of bith of Leonardo da Vinci. This year we drew the bird as a piece of the tesselation composition.

Traditions - keramik och poster design

Curiosity - exploring realism

Inspired by Leonardo da Vinci we explore form from a realistic perspective. We talked about copyright and worked with free images from pixabay. The students choose a photo of an animal and draw it by using a mathematical grid.

Inspiring person, proportions and manga/kawaii/chibi character

The assignment is an english - art collaboration. The students wrote texts in english, worked with different proportions, started creating digital avatars/characters and then created a drawing of a person that inspires them.

Perspective - typography and landscape

The students start with one first assignment of picture analysis, we look and discuss famous artwork with perspective principle.

After that the students draw a cube in one point perspective, we exercise vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines to illustrate a cube in perspective.

In their third moment students draw their names with letters in one point perspective and paint the background according to contrast and color harmony principles.
